We strongly advise that sellers offer shipping via reputable courier company to deliver the gear.

We do offer a preferred shipping agent with preferential rates and peace of mind via Pulse Guard.

We advise that you only ship, or deliver, an item once Pulse advises payment has been cleared. Once cleared, the seller should ship the item within 72 hours. If you are delivering the item, or the buyer is collecting, we suggest the following precautions be taken to safeguard the sale:

1. Do not allow a third party to collect. Especially no Uber or a ‘driver’. Insist that the buyer collects personally and if not possible, rather ship with a courier. Remember, we will have a verified shipping address on our records.
2. If collection, take a picture of the buyer with the gear. Preferably indicating satisfaction by means of thumbs up or similar.
3. Do not conclude the transaction unless the buyer is clear that he/she is totally satisfied.
4. Do not exchange any cash. Apart from being dangerous, this will completely invalidate any protection that Pulse offers.
