The ES-175 was introduced in 1949 making this a very early example.
This guitar feels and plays fantastic. Beautiful age checking on the original nitrocellulose finish.
I second guess myself every time I want to put this in the market but the time has come for it to go.
The guitar overall is very original with a small crackline around the input jack area (glue has been injected and crack stabilized) and the tailpiece has been modified (the tailpiece itself, not the body) The guitar is definitely in the top tier of surviving examples condition-wise.
Comes with generic case.
Original finish. Original frets.
