Pulse is the perfect secure platform to buy or sell gear with confidence. Both buyer and seller are verified by Pulse.

Browse the site and once you have decided on a purchase, click the buy button and the seller is immediately notified and the item is listed as sold. 

You will have 48 hours in which to make a payment through the Pulse payment portal.

When payment is cleared with Pulse (usually immediately) the seller will be notified and will have 3 days to ship or deliver the item.

Once the buyer has received the goods, you will have 24 hours to advise us of delivery and in which to log any complaint. Should Pulse receive no complaint in this time, full payment will be made to the seller.

At any time in the process, you can contact the seller directly and privately. You can negotiate price, ask questions, request more pictures and discuss shipping fees or collection methods.

You will be requested to rate and review your experience with each other.
