Pulse Guard - Your Protection

Pulse does not actually sell or buy any gear but we do connect independent vendors and purchasers. Our payment system protects both buyers and sellers.

Pulse Guard helps protect buyers from falsely advertised items and sellers from fraudulent purchases and will assist both buyer and seller to reach a satisfactory outcome to any dispute.

Guard Tips for Buyers
Buyers should note shop policies for sellers, particularly return policies. Ask as many questions as possible. Do not be shy to ask for extra pictures or detail that might be missing from the shop’s original post. If something is bothering you, ask about it. If the item arrives damaged or not in a condition as described, take pictures immediately and do not dispose of any of the packaging. First contact the seller and try to find an amicable solution. If this fails, you can contact Pulse on pulseguard@pulse.za.com and we will assist
with a resolution.

To qualify for assistance, the following must have been adhered to:
1. The full sale, including money transfer must have been undertaken on the Pulse site.
2. All communication must have taken place on the Pulse platform.

Guard Tips for Sellers
1. Ensure that prospective buyers are aware of your shop policies, particularly your return policies.
2. Give as many pictures as you can so that the buyer can make an informed decision.
3. You will only be paid once delivery has been made and so you want you buyer to be informed
4. If damage occurred during shipping, our preferred shipping agents must have been used.
Buyers or Sellers who are found to be purposefully attempting fraudulent or unethical claims will be removed from Pulse.
