Some sellers forget to remove an item if they sell it elsewhere. before clicking Buy Now it might help to confirm availability first.

Send a message to the seller that you have agreed to his price and will buy the item. The item will be placed on hold and removed from the sellers shop. With this you have committed to buy the item.

Make an offer
Make an offer to the seller against his listed price. Listing will change to Under Offer. The seller has 24 hours to accept or decline the offer, or to make a counter offer. Once the offer is accepted, the item will be removed from the site,

Contact the Seller
You can contact the seller at any time using the secure and confidential Pulse Messaging.

Ask questions, ask for photographs. Anything to give you peace of mind that you will get what you expect. Check the shop’s reviews, location and shop policies before committing to buy.

Payment should be made within 24 hours. If it is not, the sale will be cancelled and the gear will reappear on the sellers shop page.
