1980s Aluminum Tokai Talbo

Up for grabs is a first series 2 bolt neck early 80s Tokai Talbo. These early Talbos are particularly sought after and they have become iconic due to their radical looks and metal body. Closely associated with the 80s band DEVO.

Tom Anderson copied the neckjoint of this specific model.

These look otherworldly. Even more so when the paint is taken off and the aluminum is polished up to a mirror gloss.
These guitars are very resonant with clear sustain – aluminum enhances attack. 25.5″ scale length.

The colour is Pearl white – back has scratches in the paint as per photos.

Currently Fishman fluence pickups are installed with new pots but the complete original harnass with pickups are included. The original pickups are fully functional.
The guitar comes with a Warwick Rockcase.
